You will follow the route to Lhasa - Kamba La - Nagatse - Gyantse - Shigatse - Tso La - Gyatso La - Xegar - Tingri - Rongbuk - EBC - Tingri - Tonla Pass - Zhangmu - Kathmandu. Day 01: Fly from Kathmandu – Lhasa(3650m) Guide will pick you up from Airport and Drop to Hotel. O/N in Hotel

Day 02,03: Two Full days Sightseeing tour in Lhasa, Including Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Sera and Drepung Monastery and Barkhor Market O/N at Hotel.

Day 04: Drive to Kamba-La passes & starts Cycling to Yamdrok lake(4441m) side O/N in Local Guest house

Day 05: Drive to Nagatse(4400m) O/N Guest House

Day 06: Cycle to Gayantse(3950m) O/N in Guest House

Day 07: Cycle to Shigatse(3900m) O/N in Hotel

Day 08: Rest day in Shigaitse (3900m) O/N in Hotel

Day 09: Cycle to bottom of TSOLA (4200m) O/N in Local Guest house

Day 10: Cycle to Bottom of Gyatso la (4300m) via LATZE O/N in Local Guest house

Day 11: Cycle to Xegar (4200m) O/N in Guest House

Day 12: Cycle to Tingri(4150m) O/N in Guest House
