This is a 4 day tour to the Holy city of Lhasa in Tibet. This tour package is best for those who are looking for some quick refreshment after busy months. Tourists will get two full days of visiting and sightseeing.
The first day of the tour will be a fly in from Kathmandu to Lhasa. Another than taking you from Kathmandu to Lhasa this flight will also serve you as a mountain flight. This one hour flight will offer panoramic view of different mountain range. After the flight you will be taken to your hotel room, there you can enjoy your hot water shower and time to get acclimatized with the Tibetan altitude. The second and the third day of the tour includes sightseeing tour of Lhasa-Jhokhang Temple, the bustling Barkhor Streets, the mezmarising Potala palace and the Holy Derpung and sera monasteries. finally the fourth day of the tour takes back to Kathmandu via planes above the same marvelous mountain tips of Himalayas to Kathmandu or to your onward destinations.
4 Day Tour to the Holy City- Lhasa (Fly in / Fly out)
Day 01:- Kathmandu (1,300m)-Lhasa(3650m): Fly to LHASA crossing over the panoramic Himalayan ranges (1 Hr.). Transfer and check in to your hotel. Full rest for acclimatization- O/N at Hotel.
Day 02-03:- In Lhasa: Two full day sight-seeing tour in LHASA.
Visit - JOKHANG TEMPLE & BARKHOR BAZAAR, POTALA PALACE, DREPUNG & SERA MONASTERIES- O/N at Hotel
Day 04:- Lhasa-Kathmandu:
Transfer to airport and fly back to KATHMANDU or to your onward destination.
